UHG worked with Boulder County to understand the community’s needs for Construction and Demolition Waste disposal and design an appropriate facility that could receive materials and run at a profit. UHG’s team provided analysis and a comprehensive report detailing the cost implications and opportunities associated with the project.

The report and staff presentations were used to provide presentations to County Commissioners, City Stakeholders, and the Community at large to gather feedback and justify including the opportunities presented in the next budget cycle. The Boulder staff was extremely satisfied with UHG’s project approach and ability to work with various stakeholders in the process.
