California: AB 1103 Benchmarking Clientele
Our clients in California were required to comply with Assembly Bill 1103 which requires non-residential business owners to generate an energy efficiency rating for the building. All non-residential business owners must comply with the terms of AB 1103 in order to sell, lease, finance or refinance a building.
This bill is currently under review and compliance is no longer mandetory. California will soon release a new bill with similar mandates. UHG is here to help clients achieve any state or national energy requirements.
